Bella Rose Hair Care has come a long way since our founding back in 2017. What started as merely an idea to help improve the hair growth for my niece, led to a business plan, which developed into an online business serving customers from around the world.

Our products are handcrafted and most are made to order. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. However, if your order HAS NOT SHIPPED and you wish to cancel then please do so WITHIN 24 hours of placing your order. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. Orders WILL NOT be reshipped if we receive delivery confirmation. Please contact your mail carrier. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS DAMAGED, please file a claim with the postal carrier. We are not responsible for damage during shipment because we have no control over shipment once it leaves our facility.

For all orders, please make sure that the address that you provide (via manual entry) is where you would like to have your shipment sent. Bella Rose Hair Care is NOT responsible for mail that’s delivered to an incorrect address, lost or stolen after delivery.
All domestic orders are shipped weekly via USPS or UPS
International orders are currently being shipped via Fedex
Orders take 3-5 business days to process.
US Shipping: All orders in the US take 5 to 10 business days for arrival, excluding weekends, processing time and holidays. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery to arrive. If you still have not receive your purchase after the 2 week period please notify us at BellaRoseHairCare@gmail.com
